Katering Menu

Contact a Katering Director today to set up your katering event. To ensure availability, we recommend you order 72 hrs. in advance. A Katering Director will confirm orders 48 hrs. in advance. For special functions and custom menus, we always appreciate 72 hrs. advance notice to guarantee your event is as successful as possible.

Katering provides complete pick-up and delivery services with a 72 hr. notice. Delivery fees are determined by location. To ensure quality service, pick-ups and deliveries for each order will occur as scheduled. Please ensure that facilities are unlocked for set-up, delivery, and/or pick-up services.

All services outside of what is stated on the menu are subject to additional fees. This includes staffing, rentals, setup, table settings, food stations, alcoholic beverages, and take-down.

Our food truck is ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, sporting events, and concessions. The food truck requires an $800 deposit to reserve a date and includes 3 hours of service. A $1,800 minimum food and beverage minimum is required. Your $800 deposit will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

Full payment is required 5-7 business days prior to an event. We accept all major forms of payment: credit cards, check, and cash. Payments can be made online (email link) or in person. Cancelations must be done 72 hrs. in advance. We are happy to reschedule your event.

Katering services are available Monday through Sunday from 6:30am – 2:00pm. After-hours and weekend services can be scheduled with special arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
