I hereby release and discharge and agree to indemnify, protect, and save harmless the event organizers, their agents and employees, and The Breakfast Klub from and against all claims, demands, causes of action of every kind and character for any injury to or any loss of or damage to property arising from participating in this event.

Upon receipt of your application, a PayPal invoice will be sent. You must pay the invoice as soon as possible to reserve your spot for Small Business Saturday.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE, YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPOT AT SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY.
